1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and crown999, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. 3. Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for their own account. This includes the confidentiality of passwords, login information and any activity that takes place under your account.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The transaction limits in effect are as follows:

If a player is found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts or placing low-risk bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements — crown999 has the right to cancel the bonus and related winnings without prior notice.

The crown999 VIP programme offers weekly cashback based on membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%) and Diamond (up to 1.2%). Players will be upgraded based on their activity and loyalty.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the crown999 platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook and fishing games — are operated using a verified random number generator (RNG) system or streamed live through licensed software providers.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, server downtime or failures of third-party software providers.
• Unauthorised use of an account due to the player's own negligence.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of the platform.

The maximum liability of crown999 to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising, subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
